Trekking Route

Langtang is a Nepal Himalayas region that borders Tibet and is north of Kathmandu Valley. One of the main lures of the Langtang region is Langtang National Park.

Why go to Langtang Nepal

Most tourists visit Langtang for its outdoor activities such as white-water rafting, climbing and of course, trekking. Trekking in the area is done in Langtang Valley, relatively near to Kathmandu city. Langtang Valley is popular with many novice trekkers due to its short trails, low altitude and overall ‘easiness’ of the trek.

You’ll get picturesque views of the Annapurna mountain range that faithfully accompanies you throughout the trekking in Langtang Valley. Bamboo forests, rose tree forests, waterfalls and the locals that you encounter along the way will make your trek an enriching one.

Although the popular wisdom says “Nothing good comes from anything that’s easy”, it certainly does not apply in the case of Langtang Valley trekking. It’s a short, moderately easy AND beautiful trek that gives you both nature and culture.

On top of all this, Langtang Valley trek is usually far less crowded than the more popular Everest and Annapurna treks.
