Chitwan Jungle Safari & Other Activities

One key reason people come to Chitwan National Park is none other than to go for the various jungle activities. You’ll have jungle trekking, jungle safaris by jeep, jungle safaris by elephant and even river boating.

Chitwan Jungle Safari

This is by far the most popular jungle activity in Chitwan National Park. For those who prefer a faster and deeper exploration of the jungle, they could go for a Jeep Jungle Safari. Using a jeep, we will have better chances of viewing the wildlife in the park.

For a more leisurely-paced and unique experience, one can opt for an Elephant-ride Jungle Safari. Choose between a private elephant jungle safari or a government elephant jungle safari for your 1-hour jungle trekking. You’ll be able to see deers, birds, rhinos and more.

Chitwan Jungle Trekking

For those who prefer discovering the jungle on foot, consider going for the equally-famous jungle trekking. There are many choices in terms of the duration, from half-day, to full-day, two-day, three-day and even 1-week jungle trekking.

The longer the duration of the trek, the more likely you’ll get to spot some rhinos, tigers, rhesus monkeys, and other exotic animals.
